Shipping policy

If your order has already shipped we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us immediately at inluminoheartink@gmail.com and we will assist you the best we can.

Orders ship same day if ordered before 12pm on business days and ship next day if ordered after. Usually orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. 

As soon as your order has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing inluminoheartink@gmail.com.

We offer free domestic shipping within the US and International shipping is a flat rate of $20.

If you entered the wrong address please email us immediately at inluminoheartink@gmail.com. If your order has not been shipped we are happy to update the address for you. However, we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package. Please ensure the correct address is entered at time of order.

We do ship internationally. Our logistics team is working on getting fulfillment in more countries and offer cheaper international shipping.

If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at inluminohearkink@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
